Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs)
Our team of experts curates and purchases various in-demand real estate properties and then registers them as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), allowing the ownership of the properties to be tokenized.
Due to SEC regulations, the property must be registered under an organization structure such as the DAO because properties can't be tokenized directly.
DAOs distribute management power to the token holders through a blockchain voting system—hence the designation, decentralized. Within the voting system works during the creation of the DAO, a certain quorum is set. Following this, any of the token holders can propose changes, in our case property management decisions, and if the specified quorum is reached by the other token holders on the blockchain, the change is carried out.
ERC-777 Token Standard
The ERC-777 standard, an upgrade from the more common ERC-20 standard, offers enhanced flexibility, security, and efficiency for token holders.
ERC-777 introduces a new layer of protection with its advanced hooks mechanism which allows for greater control over token transfers, reducing the risk of tokens being sent to the wrong address or being accidentally burned.
ERC-777 is a more advanced token standard designed to integrate with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms more effectively. It is also fully backward compatible with ERC-20, meaning they can be used on any platform that already supports ERC-20 tokens.
Secondary Trading on Decentralized Exchanges
The ERC-777 tokens are afully compatible with decentralized exchanges (DEXs) such as Uniswap, SushiSwap, and Balancer. DEXs are platforms that enable users to trade cryptocurrency and tokenized assets directly with one another using smart contracts, bypassing traditional financial intermediaries like brokers or clearinghouses
These exchanges allow peer-to-peer trading of tokens without the need for a central authority or intermediary, minimizing transactions costs and offering a more transparent marketplace for fractional real estate ownership.
Through DEXs, token holders can access buyers and sellers globally, opening up a larger pool of potential participants and driving greater liquidity. Additionally, transactions settle nearly instantly due to the peer-to-peer structure.
